Meet Amy Davis-Bruner, MCC
A catalyst for behavioral change, backed by 15+ years of experience in cognitive science, global training delivery, and healthcare operations.

From Cognitive Science to Real-World Impact
My work sits at the intersection of cognitive science, adult learning, and real-world impact. I began in research at the University of Oregon, studying attention, emotion, and communication—work that trained me to look beneath surface behavior to the cognitive and contextual forces that shape how people learn and change. That foundation continues to guide my approach.
For more than 15 years, I’ve designed and led adult learning systems across healthcare, nonprofit, and public-sector environments, supporting frontline staff, volunteers, community educators, care teams, and leaders working in high-stakes, resource-constrained settings.
My work focuses on translating research, policy, and complex practice standards into learning experiences that are practical, human-centered, and responsive to learners’ real-world contexts. I specialize in trauma-informed, equity-centered design that meets people where they are—so learning strengthens confidence, consistency, and outcomes where it matters most.
Scaling Learning Across 84 Countries
My work has since expanded to a global stage. As a trainer for Erickson Coaching International and Director of Training at Cell-Ed, I've managed international teams and delivered training in 84 countries.
I bridge the gap between human connection and scalable technology, specializing in LMS/LXP ecosystem optimization, AI-assisted coaching feature design, and SOC2 compliance integration.
Operational Excellence in Healthcare
My healthcare work is grounded in frontline patient engagement and operational delivery within complex care systems, with a focus on improving adherence, education, and continuity of care.
- Delivered chronic-condition and preventive care support as a Patient Compliance Coach
- Translated complex clinical protocols into clear, actionable patient guidance
- Designed a mobile-first LMS and coaching program for Supervised Exercise Therapy (SET)
My Philosophy
Solution-focused. Science-backed. Heart-centered.
Data-Driven Governance
Effective training isn't just about content; it's about measurable impact. I build automated feedback loops and analytics dashboards that prove ROI to the C-suite.
Trauma-Informed & Compliant
In healthcare and social services, safety is paramount. My curricula are culturally responsive, trauma-informed, and integrated with SOC2 and HIPAA standards.
